Retreat 2010: Prescott, AZ, December 2-5, 2010

Healthy Relationship Initiative Planners of the 6th annual Nation of Islam Singles' Retreat are excited to announce that the 2010 Retreat is right around the corner!

The Retreat is designed for brothers and sisters to meet and fellowship with other singles in a righteous environment, and also to learn as much as possible about how to establish strong, healthy relationships and prepare oneself for marriage. There will be mind-bending workshops, a special forum, and exhilarating outdoor activities including the team challenge course where participants will learn team building skills.

The Retreat will be held on December 2-5, 2010 in Prescott, Arizona,  in the beautiful Bradshaw Mountain range at  Friendly Pines, a modern camp facility which is approximately 6300 feet in elevation.

  • Retreat will begin on Thursday with dinner at 6pm and end on Sunday morning at 11:30am.
  • Cost per person is $160. This does not include special optional activities for which participants may sign up.
  • These fees include all lodging, meals, workshops, materials, team challenge activities, use of facilities, and the registration fee.
  • Registration will begin during the month of May.

    Organizers state that no one should feel that they will be forced to go into courtship if that is not what they desire at this time. However, through the interactive activities and workshops, organizers expect that everyone will enjoy the company of the brothers and sisters who are all looking to improve themselves, find a mate, and have an enjoyable time while doing so.
